all the other forza games are working fine, even forza horizon 2 on xbox 360, iv tried tweeting forza support, no reply, iv opened a ticket with them and its solved instantly, even tho it says there is still limited support for matchmaking. i just saw the post here for forza horizon 3 and that got it fixed so thought id give it a shot here.

Forza Horizon is the fifth game in the racing series but is considered an arcade spin-off rather than a true simulation entry. It is done by a different development team but with the original developers involved. It introduces an open world concept to the series similar to Need for Speed: Most Wanted (2012), Burnout Paradise and FUEL.
Then you spend 2 hours running laps at a single track trying to shave 0.2s off your fastest time. And until they release the career mode + multiplayer, that is all the game really has. To a motorsport/racing fan this is one of the best games money can buy, but Forza Horizon/Test Drive Unlimited it is not, and never will be.
